As a Mortgage Operations Processing Specialist in the Wealth Management Mortgage Operations team, you support the end-to-end processing of mortgage transactions for our Private Banking clients. You help us deliver outstanding service by managing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of each loan. Job Summary
As a Mortgage Operations Processing Specialist in the Wealth Management Mortgage Operations team, you support the end-to-end processing of mortgage transactions for our Private Banking clients. You help us deliver outstanding service by managing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of each loan. You play a key role in maintaining quality and compliance throughout the process. Together, we create an exceptional client experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Process mortgage transactions from initiation to closing
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues
• Analyze and review loan documents, including Title, Homeowners Insurance, Flood, and Appraisal
• Manage production workflow, prioritization, and exception handling
• Achieve daily production targets and turnaround timelines
• Maintain high standards and follow process controls
• Escalate and handle issues as needed
• Suggest process enhancements and possible automations
• Perform periodic risk and controls analysis
• Coordinate with teams across the organization
• Support pipeline management and reporting

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Willingness to work North America schedules
• Two years of experience in US mortgage loan originations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of major US mortgage regulations
• Ability to analyze mortgage documents
• Exposure to production management and process documentation
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Coordination and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience in mortgage loan processing
• Familiarity with process controls and risk analysis
• Experience with production management, workflow allocation, and prioritization
• Ability to suggest process enhancements and automations
• Proficiency in pipeline management
• Experience handling exception and subject matter expertise
• Ability to challenge the status quo
